I been a Tiger fan as long as I remember. Worked as a Junior usher for them at Tiger stadium in '71...yeah, I'm THAT old.[/list]

They're right up at the top and leaving everyone else in the dust, it looks like to me.
Top of the league--and the Seattle Mariners are right at the very bottom.  |

And rightly so, LoLo. I can't see the Detroit Lions EVER challenging the Pats. They shouldn't even be in the same LEAGUE...btw, the last time the Lions won a world championship, I was a few months old (and I'm almost 50 now!)

But up until 2 years ago, only my grandmother was alive when the Red Sox had won a World Series - so there's always hope.
Much more so in the NFL, actually. Mark my words - in a couple of years, the Cleveland Browns will be a team to watch. |

Dem Tigers certainly make the most of their situation, don't they ? Competant coaching (and decent pitching) make all the difference.
